The only snag at the hearing was that John's parents didn't want him to come to my house unless I became his guardian. They would not be responsible for him unless I signed a paper taking ownership (Does he come with a title?)

Everyone was staring at me to see what my reaction would be. I called their bluff.
I am now the proud guardian of a 17 year old 180 lb. bouncing teenage boy.

I'm sure there will be more to this story.
